    • Breakfast cost $182, Benevolence fund issued $250 for Teagarden memorial; begin balance $18,967.22; end balance $18,258.25.

    • VA again postponed any decision on Agent Orange expansion of presumptive illnesses and time frame.

NEW BUSINESS:

    • ADJ Scionti discussed Veterans Day participation during parade.

    • ADJ Scionti and Treasurer Ward notified Chapter about pending audit by State DAV representatives due to alleged mis-practices involving repayment of funds given to a member and to funds given to other non-profits.

 

  • Discussions were raised about possible changes to our Chapter by-laws in order to prevent issues in the future.
